While we can't guarantee a specific arrival date, you can note your preference at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate.

What happens if there's a delay due to weather or carrier issues?

We monitor shipments closely. If there's a delay beyond our control, we'll work with the carrier to minimize any impact on your order.

Is there a restocking fee?

Generally, no. However, perishable items may not be returnable once shipped. Contact us for specific cases.

Can I send these items as a gift?

Yes. Simply provide the recipient's address at checkout, and consider adding a note if you'd like them to know it's from you.

We typically cannot accept returns on perishable items once they leave our facility due to food safety protocols. Contact us if there's a product issue.

Reach out to us immediately. We'll update the address if the order hasn't shipped. If it's already in transit, additional fees may apply for rerouting.

Do you have store credit options if I'm not satisfied?

Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit for future purchases. Contact us to discuss any concerns with your order.

Storing & Handling

When should I refrigerate or freeze my order?

As soon as possible. While non-perishables can remain at room temperature, perishable items should go straight into the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival.

How long can I store salami once it's opened?

Once opened, store salami in the refrigerator and consume it within one to two weeks for best quality.

Can I extend the shelf life by vacuum-sealing at home?

Yes. If you have a vacuum sealer, re-sealing opened salami or other meats can help maintain freshness longer.

Any tips for preventing salami from molding?

Keep it in a cool, dry place if you're hanging it to dry, or refrigerate it once you've reached the desired dryness. Wipe off any surface moisture regularly.

How do I store beef sticks, smokey snacks, or garlic sausage?

Non-perishables can be kept in a pantry or a cool cupboard until opened. After opening, refrigerate to maintain optimal flavor.

What's the best way to handle raw poultry or lamb?

Always keep raw meats separate from other foods, use different cutting boards for produce and meats, and cook thoroughly to a safe internal temperature.

How do I know if my fresh meat is still good?

Check for any off-odors, discoloration, or slimy texture. If anything seems unusual, discard it and contact us with questions.

Can I refreeze meats if they arrive partially thawed?

Generally, you can refreeze raw meat if it’s still cold to the touch (below 40°F) and shows no sign of spoilage. However, quality may be slightly affected.

Do I need to thaw hot dogs before cooking?

While you can cook them from frozen, it’s usually best to thaw hot dogs in the refrigerator for even cooking and best texture.

Is it safe to reheat cooked meats multiple times?

Repeated reheating can degrade flavor and texture, and potentially affect food safety if not handled properly. It’s best to cook only what you plan to eat or store leftovers safely for a single reheat.
